The FormPak BagPak 200 –SB small bag filler is a simple, and reliable, and accurate filler for dry materials.  It can be designed for various sized and types of bags (multi-wall paper, poly, woven, etc.) as well as feed and bag per minute rates.  The basic system consists of a bag sealing head with inflatable bladder seal, regulator/gauge, hand valve, load cell, scale controller, and some type of feeding device (screw, vibratory, belt, etc.).  This provides a Gain-In-Weight filling process which is very accurate and easy to maintain.
