Bulk Bag Filling Equipment

FormPak’s line of heavy-duty bulk bag fillers will exceed your requirements for safe and reliable SuperSack® filling. Our basic filling machine is designed to fill duffel or open top bags to volume. Add FormPak’s Fill Head and scale controller, and accurate, gravimetric filling of spout top bags is accomplished. Our filling machines utilize heavy structural steel frames, adjustable holder arms for multiple bag heights, and fork lift pockets for mobility. Our Fill Head features a two piece design for dust tight connection to the SuperSack®, while providing an efficient dust collection port. Our top of the line scale controlled filler, fills bags to precise weights with bulk and dribble flow settings It has so many options like accumulating weight and ability to communicate with a printer that we can’t list them all here.
