Bulk Bag Filling

A two piece fill spout is the key to dust-free filling of spout top bulk bags. Our design includes everything you need to attach to your upstream equipment (current bag filling station, blender, hopper, or other process equipment) and start filling bags the way they were designed to be filled. This system includes a two piece design that allows displaced air from the bag to be directed to the dust port. This dust port can be connected to your in house dust collector, to an optional cartridge filter, or simply connected to a filter sock. The inflatable spout seal is operated by a three-way valve (fill, release, and neutral). Not only are spout top bags less expensive, but once you’ve installed this fill head your filling operation will be faster, easier, and a lot less messy.
