FormPak’s filler is constructed of heavy duty structural steel and an all stainless steel fill spout. The BagPak 2000-ST bulk bag filler offers dust free filling of spout top Super Sacks® weighing up to 4000 lbs. An air expanded bladder seals the bag spout to the filler during the fill cycle. When connected to an in-house dust collector or a simple cartridge filter, the entire fill cycle becomes a dust free operation. Other features include adjustable bag strap receiver arms for quick bag size change, fork pockets for easy mobility, and two part epoxy paint.

- 8” stainless steel valve, three position (closed, bulk, dribble)
- Wide base construction (allows bag to be removed via pallet jack)
- Bag inflation (inflates SuperSack™ and seats liner prior to filling)
