FormPak introduces newly designed Multi-Tilt conveyor bed Bulk Bag Filler

Patent-pending design offers automatic bag discharge from any holder arm style bulk bag filling system

St. Louis, MO – FormPak, Inc., the number one manufacturer of bulk bag handling equipment has designed a mutli-tilting conveyor bed for the automatic ejection of full bulk bags from standard holder arm style filling frames.  The design incorporates simple air bladders and hinges to accomplish a task which previously required the use of large cylinders to lower holder arm assemblies so that bag straps would release.  By eliminating the need to drop the entire fill head and holder arm assembly, the filling system is much simpler and lighter, and can be adjusted by one operator with no tools or lifts.  This system can be integrated into existing holder arm style machines to make them automatic discharge units, or incorporated into a new FormPak BagPak fill system for a complete bulk bag and/or bulk box filling system.
