Hoist & Trolley Loaded Bulk Bag Unloader
Hoist and Trolley Loaded Bulk Bag Unloaders use a hoist rather than a forklift for easy loading and unloading, even in areas where forklifts are not allowed or available – bags can be indexed to the system via pallet jack. This type of unloader is designed for delivering easy, consistent unloading of all types of bulk bags (including Super Sack® Bulk Bags, Big Bags, and FIBC Bags). No mechanical adjustments are needed to accommodate these different bag sizes, and the heavy-duty steel tubing and parts guarantee cost- and time-efficient operation.
The BagShaker is a flow-promoting system for materials that do not free-flow from the bags. With 1,500 pounds of max force, the 100% duty-cycle vibrator guarantees material will discharge from the bags efficiently. This will undoubtedly save you time and money in the long run. The “live bottom” style gyrated bed design will deliver consistent, reliable, and easy unloading of SuperSacks™ up to 4,400lbs, without the pinch points and dead zones associated with paddle agitation designs, and with (1) moving part that carries a (5) year warranty, you won’t have to stock any spares or worry about down-time.
